Toys and Anime Characters

I didn't start out trying to shoot toys, but given my health and condition on the days I can't get out of bed or the house I started to shoot toys so I would have something interesting to shoot for the Daily or 365Project. My collection is of various Japanese anime, manga toys and other collections. Eventually I will probably break this down into separate groups.

  • dancing fools-this isn't really anime, just thought I would throw it here for now until I find it a home. I think these are erasers or sit on a pencil? I get weird/neat things from friends at Christmas.
  • #365Project Day 125/365- Domo rolls a lucky 7! (who gave him money?) Got this pair of dice as a prize from who knows where. It comes in that neat case and came with a small book of dice games. Thank you all for all the kind comments on my pics the past few days.
  • Day 124/365- I love a parade! Today the gang met up with some of the Muppets, to practice marching in the Memorial Day Parade. As you can see Total Chaos!!! #365Project 1/60s Focal Length 100.0mm f/2.8 ISO:400 I just cropped a tad off the side and bottom and tweaked auto contrast a bit.I am having a hard time shooting inside with this lens!! My apartment seems to be to short! LOL! @sharkbayte

  • Day 112-#365Project- Happy #Earth-Day From the gang! I told the gang that I wanted to do a picture of something special for Earth-Day. They couldn't get out the door fast enough. They were all posing I wasn't going to do individual portraits. So I told them they were all special and I was only going to do a group picture. They bickered a bit as to who was going to stand next to who. And this is what I got...(2010.04.22)

  • Day 108 #365 Project-Ever since the Domos came to live here, things just seem to disappear. (2010.04.18) I was playing around with my speedlite because Domo was coming out too dark. I was told not to use flash with food. but after playing around with different positions of the flash I liked how this came out. although I wish it was darker surrounding the dish. Not sure how to achieve that yet.
