This is the week of introductions. The gang is arriving this week so we are going to introduce them as they arrive. Today, Turtle and Ice Bat showed up. I hope we have room for everyone! These two are Turtle and Ice Bat from the uglydoll collections. Turtle is friends with Bossy Bear and Crocadoca, They are from a kids book from David Horvath creator of the Uglydoll Collection. Ice Bat is from series 1 (the ice bats glow in the dark).

Thank you for all the comments on my picture last night. This one is late today as well, but I have a good reason. My camera had major issues, if it can be fixed I'll use it as a backup. Now I have to learn all about this one.

  • I was busy doing a bunch of other things today and didn't have anything to shoot. I had seen this setup of items waiting to be washed and put away. Thought it looked cool and was testing to see how low of a light level would I be able to capture it in. Then thought a candle lit behind might be neat. So this is it for today. It's a glass coaster inside a glass serving bowl. Glass on glass with a candle behind it.   • All together at last!! This is their first group shot. And boy they wore me out! Who was complaining they wanted to stand next to this one or that one. Who was having a bad hair day? I tried cleaning, no settings were changed but I reset things just in case I did. It's having other issues so it's going to be looked at Monday. As far as my computer...that will have to go in for repairs...My electronics like messing with me back to back!

Would anyone know why my camera Canon 50D is having a hard time focusing? In daylight, good decent light no low light. It seems to not want to focus and is having a hard time with it. If that is a good description. I had it on one photo, Al Servo and Al Focus same deal. Just thought I would see if anyone else had this issue or knows what is causing it. thank you!
