  • Day 204 #365 Project - A different Blue Dasher from yesterday. Handheld and only cropped no other edits. Settings: 100.0mm f/22.0 1/13s ISO: 400 (2010.07.23) @sharkbayte
  • Day 203 #365Project-It's the Blue Dasher (Pachydiplax longipennis) a skimmer. If you enlarge this you can see the bristles or little hairs on his head and neck. He was above my head so this is actually from the bottom side view. Settings: 100.0mm f/2.8 1/200s ISO:200 @sharkbayte

    Though not many would think so, this is one of the prettiest skinks and colorful "lizards." (Sorry that my Smug mug hasn't been showing up on these comments. It happens.)
