  • May 28, 2011-This is Bella/Lucy. She is younger than Pancho and really full of puppy energy. She also greets me with kisses and just happiness. Such a sweet pup. (Day 148:365 @sharkbayte). Thank you very much for all the terrific comments on my photo yesterday.

  • May 25, 2011-Happy Pancho came running to greet me. He was out running on the path and I was trying to find some dragonflies. I can hear Pancho whining before I actually see him. Once he starts coming towards you: hold on to your camera and anything else you have on you. His owner told me he really isn't a people person? Really?? I get swamped with kisses and serenaded until I give him my undivided attention. I love this teddy bear. Thank you so much for all the comments on my photo yesterday, I still don't have a clue what it's called. I like starfish as a reference. (Day 145:365 @sharkbayte)
  • May 24, 2011-This bush is outside my neighbor's front door. It just started to bloom this past week. Of course I have no clue what it is. Thanks for all the comments and suggestions on my Humming bird shot, I appreciate it very much. (Day 144:365 @sharkbayte)

  • May 22, 2011-Moms to be. The does are looking great, I am hoping the babies will be coming soon. I really liked how the light came through the trees on this one. I have a hard time getting the correct exposure when they are under the trees.<br /> <br /> Wow, thank you so much for all the comments on my goofy shot yesterday, I am overwhelmed by the response and it really inspires me to learn more!   • May 21, 2011-"By the light, of the silvery moon"...another night time shot, this time of a cricket. Okay and that is not the moon but a light reflected of a car tail light from my flash. Just a goofy shot for today. Thanks for all the comments on my toad shot yesterday. I was lucky I was off the ants nest in time as I saw how big it was today in the daylight. (still scratching...)   • May 20, 2011-A toad's night out. Actually there were three of them close to the base of this tree. I could just about make out where they were, I had the street light and then added my flash. Took a few shots and then when I shined a flash light on to the area I realized my chair was on top of hundreds of ants coming out of all these tiny holes in the ground. Before my chair and I became ant chow, I was in reverse and scrambling to get onto the street. Not sure why I figured that would help but at least I wasn't on top of the dirt. (Day 140:365 @sharkbayte)
  • May 19, 2011-Blooming early or late depending how you look at it. My Christmas cactus bloomed around Thanksgiving and now it's blooming again. I haven't had that happen before, but that's okay, I think it's pretty neat. thank you for all the comments on my daily yesterday, you all rock! (Day 139:365 @sharkbayte)
