Caught in the act!! Wrong lens, wrong settings you name it. I came inside after trying to find something to shoot. I still had the camera on and caught Mr. Jasper on the furniture. I asked him was he supposed to be on that chair. This is the look I got.   • These two bucks were in the yard today, together at the same time! The smaller deer hidden behind the older male is a button-buck. The button-buck is always here with his mother and a several other does. They were out of frame for this shot. It was nice to see the "New Family" for the first time.   • Waxing Gibbous-Nine day old moon. 62% visible. I took this last night on the deck, I still can't get down the ramp because of the ice. Maybe today the rest of the ice will melt. It shouldn't be this small. Thanks for all the comments on my pictures. I have been trying to comment on everyone's photos but the past few days, I haven't been feeling too well. So if I don't seem to be as active it's just my body trying to recharge.
  • Remains of the storm. We got more ice than snow. I took this from my door, the ice was just starting to melt. And seeing its a new year I wanted to do more with b&amp;w. So I converted it and played around with it. Not sure if it works ok in b&amp;w. Day 13:365 @sharkbayte

  • Those eyes and boy does Pearlie Mae knows how to use them. Her owner is very well trained by Pearlie. She and Jasper are best of friends. Day 09/365

  • A Mother's Love. I just love watching the interaction between the deer. This doe was cleaning one of her fawns. The other fawn was out of frame. He was cleaned shortly after she finished this one. The deer roam in our yards like a cat or dog would. So when I say they sleep in my yard, maybe I should say I live in their yard. As the woods are very thick in the park. The only thing I miss is open sky. Day 7 (2011.01.07) #365Project @sharkbayte

  • Nap Time! This is Allison, my neighbor’s cat. I guess she fell asleep waiting to catch some birds while they were eating at the feeders. #365Project Day 05 (2011.01.05) @sharkbayte<br /> <br /> **Update-I should had mentioned the cat was sleeping, prior to this shot. I called it and after a couple of seconds, this is the look I got and then she stretched and came down from the tree. She was groggy in this frame.

    Yeah, I said the same thing to my old great dane one time, and she gave me the look of, "I'm old, I get on the couch, deal with it." And I did. Since then, all my dogs have been allowed on the couch.
