June 10, 2011-A little birdie came to me in my dreams and told me to go to the rock. Well bless my soul, I found a mole! This is Topo, he followed me home. Not sure if having a mole in the gang is a good thing or not. But we'll keep him entertained for sure. (Day 161:365 @sharkbayte)
Thanks for all the comments yesterday! And for those who asked I haven't smelled the stink bugs, but I also didn't frighten him. I have heard they really stink if upset or threatened.

• June 13, 2011-Moon lit branches. We had another t-storm, some heavy rain and strong wind. I wasn't going to try for a moon shot, but after hearing something hit my roof and then drop onto the ground. I went outside to investigate. It was a huge branch that the park manager was going to have removed because it was right over my roof. The noise from this branch was so loud my next-door neighbor came outside to see what had happened. The rain had stopped and i saw the moon peering through the tree branches. Thought it was pretty neat, even though it was very foggy. (Day 164:365 @sharkbayte)
Thank you for all the comments on my deer shot yesterday. All our fine, but still no babies.
• June 12, 2011-Still waiting, no babies yet. But I did have a chat with them regarding this. Shortly after taking this we had a big t-storm and down pours. I am hoping she didn't deliver during the storm. (Day 163:365 @sharkbayte).
Thanks for all the comments on the IWG gang, they are a proud group! And they want to protect all the worlds animals and their habitats.
• June 11, 2011- As the day progressed we had a lot of thunder and lighting. We started to head for the house, the thunder was getting louder and the sky was turning black and this is the sight we saw come out of the forest. Friends let me introduce you to the 3 founding members of the Insurgents Wilderness Gruppo/I.W.G: Hannibal The Mountain Guerrilla , Alfonso the White Rhino, and Titus the Grizzly Bear. I have heard of these guys but only in whispers at night around the camp fires. They are visionaries and the first of their kind. With steadfast fortitude and dedication, they are leading animal-kind to a new era...Bad humans beware, you can run but you can't hide, the I.W.G. will be there...*(Day 162:365 @sharkbayte).
*Part me and part from their box top. Thank you for all the comments and warm welcome to Topo, you all rock!

• June 9, 2011- This is a Southern Green Stink Bug - Nezara viridula. Found him crawling up my neighbors house. It was very hot and humid, so I headed indoors after this shot. (Day 160:365 @sharkbayte).
• June 8, 2011-All tied up. Last week I had to handhold these flowers to I could capture them. They fell over a few days later. My neighbor tied them to a stick and now they are perfect height for me to capture them. The white background is her house. Thank you so much for all the comments yesterday on my bluebird. I wasn't expecting that, thank you! (Day 159:365 @sharkbayte)
• June 7, 2011-My first bluebird capture and he posed for me! This is Ollie, and he's one twitterrifc bird. Tweet, Tweet! (Day 158:365 @sharkbayte)

thanks for all the comments on my hummingbird shot yesterday.
• June 6, 2011-A hummer sitting still for a what seems like a nanosecond. (Day 157:365 @sharkbayte) Thank you for all the terrific comments on my photo yesterday.
• June 5, 2011-First bloom on the Rose of Sharon Bush. I was out looking for birds and spotted the first bloom on this bush. So of course I grabbed the shot. Hoping tomorrow I can find more blooms/flowers. (Day 156:365 @sharkbayte)
• June 4, 2011-Siesta time, once the deer have eaten this is how they usually chill out in my yard. Tonight there was the usual five scatter about like this. (Day 155:365 @sharkbayte)
• June 3. 2011-This is a male Ruby-throated Hummingbird, I finally captured him. (Day 154:365 @sharkbayte)

thank you for all the comments and suggestions on my photo yesterday.
• June 2, 2011-Flower power. I tried to do some processing, not sure if I over did it on this one. (Day 152:365 @sharkbayte)
• June 1, 2011-Just checking in. Grabbed a quick shot of these three eating. The rest were on the sides out of frame. I am hoping they have their babies soon, the does look like they are going to pop. (Day 152:365 @sharkbayte)
Thank you so very much for all the comments on my photo yesterday, you all rock!
• May 31, 2011-Uh-oh! I kept hearing some weird noises in the middle of the night. Not sure what could me making these sounds. Everyone was sleeping. So as I turned on the light I found the source of the sounds. Both claimed they were sleep walking...(Day 151:365 @sharkbayte) Thank you so much for all the kind comments on my picture yesterday. It is much appreciated!
• May 30, 2011-One handed shot, so it's not as sharp as it could be. I had the camera in one hand and tried to hold down the flower with the other hand. The flower was above my head so I had to bend it enough to take the shot. Thanks for all the comments on my photo and lens! Have a Happy Memorial Day and/or Happy Monday for those outside the US. (Day 150:365 @sharkbayte)
• May 29, 2011-Experimenting with processing and shooting with my new lens Canon EF 24-70mm f/2.8L. (Day 149:365 @sharkbayte)
• May 28, 2011-This is Bella/Lucy. She is younger than Pancho and really full of puppy energy. She also greets me with kisses and just happiness. Such a sweet pup. (Day 148:365 @sharkbayte). Thank you very much for all the terrific comments on my photo yesterday.
• May 27, 2011-Monkeyshines. Our little Chebruashka thought this was one of the ball pits kids play in. Sort of gives a new meaning to stop playing with your food. More correctly stop playing in your food. (Day 147:365 @sharkbayte) Thank you so much for your comments on my picture yesterday.
• May 26, 2011-All smiles, usually means someone is doing something or planning on doing something. Neither Ren or Chebruashka would give it up and the panda wasn't talking either. I was overwhelmed with your responses to my picture of Pancho yesterday, thank you so very much. (Day 146:365 @sharkbayte)
• May 25, 2011-Happy Pancho came running to greet me. He was out running on the path and I was trying to find some dragonflies. I can hear Pancho whining before I actually see him. Once he starts coming towards you: hold on to your camera and anything else you have on you. His owner told me he really isn't a people person? Really?? I get swamped with kisses and serenaded until I give him my undivided attention. I love this teddy bear. Thank you so much for all the comments on my photo yesterday, I still don't have a clue what it's called. I like starfish as a reference. (Day 145:365 @sharkbayte)

Who knew moles could be so cute! Love those teeth... lol...!
Hopefully the gang embraced him into their fold, I'd hate to think there was dissention in the ranks....
