04.02.2010 #365Project Day 92- "Garbage"-this is my favorite dinner. In my house it's called this because of the smell of broccoli cooking. At least that is how the story went as I was growing up my great Aunt was cooking dinner for us. I had asked what was for dinner and she asked what does it smell like (I guess she shouldn't have asked my honest opinion, I was taught not to lie). So I said Garbage. It's been called that ever since. it's just pasta and broccoli with garlic and other seasonings. I don't like veggies so it is a wonder I even eat this. great. And my Mom is here for a short visit and she loves to cook so all my favorites she is cooking for me!! Yum!!
